Please do not ship your return products before you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will also be issued a FREE pre-paid postage mailing label. The Pre-Paid mailing label is for your convenience. If you do not use it, it will delay processing of your return or replacement.

Returned cartridges must meet the following conditions:

• All returned cartridges must be at least 70% filled.

• All OEM cartridges must be returned unopened, in the original packaging. Opened packages will be returned for credit only.

• All non-defective products must be returned in packaging in an “as new” condition.

Please allow 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 7 days. Refunds will be issued in the manner they were received.
